VETS 312 Emergency Towing Hawsers

The VETS 312 is a right regular lay construction line using DuPont™ Kevlar^® 29. The hawser construction gives the VETS 312 the torque match and strength properties that are compatible with steel ship assist lines typically found on Tug boats. The VETS 312 compiles with IMO resolution MSC 35(63) for tankers above and below 50,000 dwt.

HMPE Towing Hawsers - 4 Strand

VETS 276 4 Strand

The VETS 276 is a four strand right regular lay construction line. Each strand consists of a load bearing Spectra 900 core protected from abrasion by a non-load bearing braided Kevlar and polyester jacket. The VETS 276 has enhanced safety features that provide reduced recoil protection. The VETS 276 is an excellent, safe alternative to steel in Marine and other applications that require low elongation or buoyancy.
